Courier Delivery

We currently only offer delivery within South Africa. Orders are delivered by the Courier Guy. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for delivery, with longer times expected for rural areas.

Important: If you are located in a rural area or a high-risk hijacking zone, the courier may contact you to arrange a safe meeting place or ask you to collect your package from a local depot. 

Pargo Pick up Points

We are pleased to offer the convenience of collecting your orders from designated Pargo pickup points across South Africa. Please note that weight restrictions apply. If your order meets the Pargo weight criteria, you will see a list of available pickup points at checkout, allowing you to select your preferred location.

Bob Box up Points

You can now collect your orders from selected Bob Box pickup points throughout South Africa. Please note that weight restrictions apply. If your order meets the Bob Box weight criteria, a list of available pickup points will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose your preferred location.

In store Collection

Orders may also be collected from our Carletonville store. To utilise this option, please select "Collect in Store" at checkout. Allow 4 to 6 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for processing. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.

Cross Border Purchases

You are welcome to shop selected ranges online and then either:

1. Arrange for your goods to be collected in store or

2. Have your goods delivered to the Courier Guy depot closest to your border. Collection can then be arranged from there.
