CAN I SEND MY ORDER VIA WHATSAPP, EMAIL OR PHONE?
Unfortunately not as the ordering process is automated. You can place your order on our website or you can visit us in store.

CAN YOU SEND ME PICTURES/ CATALOGUES OF PRODUCTS?
Our website is our catalogue. We do not make use of physical catalogues due to the huge variety of stock we hold. We also get in new stock all the time. You can follow us on Facebook/ Instagram and have a look at our online store (www.eduraonline.co.za) to get an idea of what we sell. Only selected ranges can be purchased online. We do not make use of agents. You are however welcome to buy from us and resell.
DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS ON BULK ORDERS?
Our prices are already discounted to accommodate traders so we unfortunately cannot reduce prices any further. We do however run traders specials on certain items from time to time. We also have sales/ promos throughout the year. Kindly go to www.eduraonline.co.za and click on Register here. Fill in your details and we will send you emails/ sms’s when we are having a promo/ sale.
DO YOU SELL ONLINE?
Selected ranges can be purchased online (www.eduraonline.co.za). These ranges will change from time to time. If you would like to purchase items that are not on our website (you saw on Facebook/ Instagram) kindly visit our megastore in Carletonville for a one of a kind shopping experience.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Payments can take a day or 2 to clear. Only once your payment has cleared on our side your order will be processed. Delivery can take 4-10 working days from the time your payment clears, depending on where you are based.
DO YOU COURIER OR USE POSTAL SERVICES?
We only make use of courier services (The Courier Guy). This means your parcel will be delivered to your home/ work address. Tracking details will be sent to you.
DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF SOUTH AFRICA?
Unfortunately we do not send parcels cross border due to very high courier charges. You are however welcome to arrange your own collection. Please send us an email so that we can advise you how to go about placing the order if you will be collecting yourself.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Changes cannot be made to orders as the ordering process is automated. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
IF I PLACED MORE THEN ONE ORDER CAN YOUR COURIER IT TOGETHER?
As the ordering, picking and packing process is automated orders cannot be joined and will be sent out as placed. You are welcome to ignore the orders you placed and make one new order with all items.
PLACED MY ORDER AND SENT THROUGH MY PROOF OF PAYMENT. HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?
Provided you have used the correct bank details and reference number, all should be in order. If you have sent us the proof of payment you will receive an AUTOMATED reply which means we have received it. Please note payments can take up to 2 working days to come through. Once it does we will start processing your order.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to become active.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Once your parcel has been completed we will send you the tracking details. Please follow the instructions in that email.

CAN I SEND MY OWN COURIER TO COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, you can, but only items that are purchased from our online store. Just select EFT/ Bank deposit as your payment method and deduct the shipping charges (you will not be able to pay by card if you are collecting yourself as you will not be able to deduct the shipping charges). We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Kindly allow 2-4 working days.
CAN I ORDER NOW AND PAY IN A FEW DAYS TIME?
Payment confirms an order. Stock is not reserved until payment has been received. Please do not place an order if you are not ready to make payment.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
We unfortunately do not sell on credit.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
If you are visiting the store we accept cash, debit and credit cards.
If you are purchasing online orders you can pay by card (pay gate), eft or bank deposit.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?
No, you do not. Just add your items to your shopping cart. Click checkout. Adjust your quantities and follow the prompts.
