We do not make use of catalogues due to the huge variety of stock we hold. We also get in new stock almost daily. We do not make use of agents. You are however welcome to buy from us and resell.

Our prices are already discounted to accommodate traders. We do however run traders specials on certain items from time to time. We also have sales/ promos throughout the year. We make use of courier services, which means your parcel will be delivered to your home/ work address. Tracking details will be sent to you.

 

DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF SOUTH AFRICA?

Unfortunately we do not.

CAN I SEND MY OWN COURIER TO COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER?

Yes, you can, but only items that are purchased from our online store. Kindly email info@edura.co.za to make the necessary arrangements.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Payments can take a day or 2 to clear. Only once your payment has cleared on our side your order will be dispatched. Delivery can take 2-7 working days from the time your payment clears. Instant eft payments and FNB to FNB payments clear immediately.

 

CAN I ORDER NOW AND PAY IN  AFEW DAYS TIME?

Payment confirms an order. Stock is not reserved until payment has been received. Please do not place an order if you are not ready to make payment.

 

HOW IS DELIVERY CALCULATED?

Delivery charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of an item (length x breadth x height divided by 4000). The volumetric weight of each item is then added together which gives you your total shipping cost. This is calculated automatically for you.

2 to 4.9kg - R110
5 to 14.9kg - R130
15 to 24.9 kg - R210
25 to 49.9 kg - R385
50 to 99.9 kg - R760
100 to 149.9 kg - R1100

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

If you are visiting the store we accept cash, debit and credit cards.

If you are purchasing online orders you can pay by credit card/ debit card, eft or bank deposit.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?

No, you do not. Just add your items to your shopping cart. Click checkout. Adjust your quantities and follow the prompts.
