We currently only offer delivery within South Africa. Orders are delivered by the Courier Guy. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for delivery, with longer times expected for rural areas.

Important:If you are located in a rural area or a high-risk hijacking zone, the courier may contact you to arrange a safe meeting place or ask you to collect your package from a local depot. 

All orders are delivered by the Courier Guy (an external courier company). Tracking details will be sent to you.

2. Deliver to the Courier Guy depot in the South African town closest to your border. That way you pay for local shipping then cross the border and collect from there. This is the most feasible option.

Changes cannot be made to orders as the ordering process is automated. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

As the ordering, picking and packing process is automated orders cannot be joined and will be sent out as placed. 

An email will be sent to you once payment clears on our side confirming we have received your payment. 

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to start tracking..

Once your parcel has been completed we will send you the tracking details. Please follow the instructions in that email.
